New Direct Bill Payment Option for BAH Employees!
We are excited to announce that CSU Global now offers a direct bill payment payment option for Booz Allen Hamilton employees. This offer enables employees to enroll in coursework with no upfront costs. The direct bill payment option enables employees to enroll in learning opportunities with no upfront costs. This payment option will require the employee to sign a Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) agreement with CSU Global to release grades/completion to Booz Allen to satisfy the FlexEd Program completion requirement. Note, CSU Global may also be used for the FlexEd Program reimbursement payment option.
Wherever you are in your education journey, CSU Global is here to help through our employer and organizational partnerships. Together, we are committed to providing excellent education, job placement resources, robust student support services, and continuous improvements to the student experience. Getting Started
Effective for the January 2023 term start (Winter C) and on, CSU Global is pleased to expand the partnership benefits with EdAssist / Bright Horizons through special partnership with Booz Allen Hamilton employees.
In addition to charging no application fee (you’ll use the Referral Code of BHA-EDASSIST when you apply and you can use that same code as your Waiver Code BHA-EDASSIST) and no other fees at all (that’s right! No online learning fee, no technology fee, no library fee–none!), the discounted tuition rates for all eligible participants are:
- just $335 per credit for all undergraduate degrees and certificates*, and
- just $475 per credit for all graduate degrees and certificates*.
* Please note that a discounted rate is not available for non-degree seeking coursework (e.g., CSU Global Direct courses or other NDS classes).
Thanks to our Tuition Guarantee, any student benefiting from this partnership can retain their per-credit tuition rate, even if our rates increase in the future, provided they remain an active student in good standing. These special discounted tuition rates are not available retroactively. They may only be applied to students’ future terms.
Participant eligibility is established by students’ employers. Please check with Booz Allen and/or Bright Horizons / EdAssist to confirm your own eligibility. To take advantage of partnership benefits, it is extremely important that:
- When you apply to CSU Global:
- Use your work / employer-provided email address, as this is what EdAssist provides to CSU Global to help identify students eligible for benefits; and
- Enter the Partnership Referral Code BHA-EDASSIST where prompted.
- Applicants complete the EdAssist application for course approval.
- Ensure you list your CSU Global Student ID on your EdAssist application, and please check for accuracy!
- All students seeking to participate under this partnership will need to provide a Tuition Deferment Agreement (TDA) and a Letter of Credit their first term at CSU Global, and a new Letter of Credit each term thereafter. Your Letter of Credit can be obtained at the FlexEd Application Website.
