How It Works

Start by thinking about what you specifically want to accomplish in your career. Are you looking to run the IT department at the hospital where you work? Do you need to learn project management now but eventually want to be an accountant? Your career aspirations are unique, and the possibilities are endless!

Work with an enrollment counselor, your advisor, or an industry career coach to layout the educational building blocks that are right for you. Start with a shorter term certificate program, earn a certificate of completion through a specialization, and then create a custom degree plan — using the credits you have already earned through these programs as well as your transfer credits — that helps you complete your bachelor’s or master’s degree faster for your long-term success.
