Colorado State University Global
CSU Global provided me with the flexibility and independence necessary for success. Being able to learn at my own speed while managing work made the experience empowering and feasible. Finishing my bachelor’s degree in just a year is something I genuinely take pride in. All my instructors have been excellent and genuinely supportive of their students.
Great School
My experience with CSU Global has been shaped in a very positive way by the support I received from my Senior Student Success Counselor II, Kimberly Smith. Kimberly has worked with me since summer 2023, and I truly do not know if I would have made it this far without her guidance. There were times when I felt overwhelmed and discouraged, especially while balancing school with a demanding international job in finance and HR. When I felt like giving up, she helped me clearly understand what courses I still needed and gave me honest, practical guidance on how to keep moving forward. One of the biggest challenges in my program has been MATH410, a course I had dropped more than once because of how difficult it felt for me. With Kimberly’s support, I took a more realistic look at what I needed to do to succeed. I started preparing ahead of time, reviewed the materials, and committed myself to practicing consistently before re-enrolling. That process helped me come back with a stronger mindset and a better chance of passing. I now have only my capstone left, and that is something I once was not sure I would ever be able to say. Kimberly’s steady support, honest feedback, and encouragement made a real difference in my ability to continue. If you are a student trying to manage work, stress, and school at the same time, having someone like her in your corner matters.
I've enjoyed my time and experience with CSU Global. The online courses worked great with work/life and allowed for a good balance.
I enjoyed the face paste excelerated classes. The only thing that I found hard was the lack of communication from instructors. It was hard to bridge gaps without quick communication. overall communication was a 50/50 - part good and quick with the other half with little to no response,
great communication, clear expectations, comprehensive instruction.
Too much AI!
I have had a great experience at CSU Global! I never thought I would finish my degree, and CSU made it possible. Everything was well organized, academic integrity was emphasized, and the advisors were great as well. Thank you!!!
Good school but price needs to be lower.
After a few years, I can honestly say that I have been frustrated more often than not about the lack of availability of the professors. They are slow to respond and not very flexible or ready to help you when you actually reach out and need it. I have had to follow up multiple times and get responses days later. The whole purpose of a professor is to be available to help, so why do we even have them leading the classes? One teacher even said to ask my classmates because they themselves couldn't see the homework that they are assigning us and grading. Inexcusable. What am I paying for?
CSU Global doesn’t just teach you concepts, it teaches you how to think. What stood out to me most is how the coursework connects directly to real-world application. This isn’t just textbook knowledge. It’s learning how to actually analyze situations, make decisions, and understand the “why” behind business strategies. In my experience, courses like macroeconomics and finance weren’t just about definitions. They pushed me to think in terms of structure, forecasting, and long-term impact. You start seeing how things like cash flow, taxes, and economic trends actually affect real businesses, not just hypothetical ones. The flexibility also matters. Being able to manage school while handling real-life responsibilities allowed me to stay consistent without falling behind. That’s a big deal when you’re balancing family, work, and building something for yourself. If you’re looking for a school that helps you shift your mindset from just working to actually understanding how businesses operate and grow, CSU Global does that well. It’s not just about getting a degree. It’s about developing a way of thinking you can apply immediately.
The Program curriculums was well structured, academic staffs were helpful, attentive and responsive. Financial arrangements offered considerable flexibility - Access to academic resources was excellent. - Ethical standards were consistently upheld.
Overall, great experience for being out of school for the past 11 years. Faculty and staff are super helpful!
Amazing experience! I got to finish my degree while working and paying as I went. It was a fair workload, and when choosing when to get my master's, I will look into CSU Global.
CSU is always there to help and guide Poeple on their education journey.
Thank you for your exceptional collegiate recognition and support. I am honored to be a member of a community that strives for excellence and upholds its institutional values.
Okay, I have had such a great experience at this online university. I have never felt so informed, heard, and supported. Mind you, I started my college career at 20, and I am now 35! CSU Global stands by your side from the day of enrollment all the way to the weeks leading up to your finish line. When I first looked into this school, I was nervous because other colleges had made me feel rushed and wouldn’t accept some of my earlier credits. CSU Global heard me out, understood my goals and dreams, and encouraged my career change. Now I am just weeks away from finishing! I truly owe my excitement to this school. It has been a long road, but CSU Global helped me get here. I tell everyone I go here- literally everyone. See ya'll at graduation!!!!
So far, the classes are informative. They provide good directions
Able to do assignments around my schedule. Friendly and knowledgeable professors. Staff are able to schedule appointments in a timely manner.
Best choice I’ve made
They’re always responsive to my needs and consistently share helpful, relevant information that supports my success. Whenever I have a question, I get a timely and reliable response.
Flexible schedules, flexible mentors. Exactly what I needed to finish my masters with a full time job and a busy life in the midst of a complete career transition!
I am pleased that I chose to attend CSU Global. My interactions with everyone, from the advisors to the teachers, have been excellent. Everyone is very knowledgeable and responsive in their communication.
Great experience all the way around!
I have a full time job and CSU globals schedule gives me the freedom to work full time and be able to complete my degree program. I have completed 13 courses and have six more to finish and the faculty and facilitators have been wonderful to work with!
I am frustrated with my experience. While I completed my degree 3.96 GPA, I got all A’s and a single A- and will not be getting a diploma with distinction due to a .01 GPA discrepancy. The class I got an A- in was due to my professors desire for “using more color” on my power point assignments. I’m almost 40, I used colors but apparently not enough. I didn’t find it a huge deal at the time like an A- is still decent so fine. Well, I’m missing out on a ton of honors societies and the distinction on my diploma now. I recommend the university but BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE. If you get 100% in every other class, don’t accept an A- over colors… at least send an email and inquire.
It has been a great experience with CSU Global so far. Flexibility in schedule and helpful instructors made my journey easier. Planning to pursue Masters as well.
My experience with CSU Global has been extremely positive. As an adult learner balancing work, family, and school, CSU Global provides the flexibility and structure I need to be successful. The courses are well organized, expectations are clear, and the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. I also appreciate how responsive faculty are and how they provide meaningful, constructive feedback that helps me grow academically and professionally. The programs are designed with working professionals in mind. Assignments are practical and relevant to real-world career skills, especially in project management and leadership. I’ve been able to immediately apply what I’m learning to my career and personal goals. CSU Global also does a great job providing student resources, clear communication, and a user-friendly online platform that makes navigating coursework manageable. Overall, CSU Global creates an environment where adult learners can feel supported while still being challenged to grow. I would absolutely recommend CSU Global to anyone looking for a flexible, high-quality online education.
CSU Global was an amazing experience. I had the most student-focused, student-engaged professors. Each and every one of my professors made bi-weekly check-ins. Sometimes, it was weekly - just to make sure I was on the right track. I would advise my friends and family if they ever wanted to go back to school, link up with CSU Global.
The school starts immediately (you don't have to wait for the next semester, etc).
Everyone on staff was polite and supportive. The courses were well-structured and packed with useful information, and the schedule was simple to manage. A great option for busy people pursuing a degree.
This experience had led me to learn accounting on my own time. I get to take classes whenever I want with no time frame. I was able to take a few classes after my first initial graduation. Being a csu global student had challenged me to learn a new comcept while getting my questions answered.
The flexibility and accreditation of the school as well as the success advisor have been awesome. I have seen an uptick in AI submissions from classmates as well as significant spelling and grammar errors from professors that feels like it cheapens the degree but feel that an issue across the board with online learning not just CSU. Overall great experience and would recommend for anyone looking to go to school while working.
Great Class snd AWESOME instructor
CSU Global is an excellent choice for students who want the online experience with a somewhat strict timeline. You can complete the assignments on your time and make sure they are submitted on their due date.
I am very grateful for my CSU Global experience and all of the support and encouragement I have received throughout the journey of earning my degree.
My professors were knowledgeable, interactive and approachable.
A lot of resources (like great library, tutors) to succeed, Professors available, CSU staff very attentive and responsive. All you need is commitment and discipline.
CSU Global has great professors! They are very helpful and are always available to respond to questions quickly and make sure you're on the right track. The hands-on labs that are included in the course are excellent. They really enhanced my learning experience.
It was very nice experience
Classes are outdated. Need more hands-on experience. Some of the classes were a waste of time.
absolutely the worst esperience i have ever had at the 5 universities i went to . .. this scchool fin aid department and advising set me up for failure... i became homes despite plenty money offered l thanks this piss poor school csu. I wil lnever in my life recommend this school
Very poor and delayed communication. I expressed confusion and frustration and was still not given clear direction. I was told my program would be covered by financial aid, which is why I chose to continue, and I was only awarded half the amount somehow. I was told to complete an adjustment application twice, and now I have been denied. Why was I told to complete the adjustment form if I’m not even eligible? Not sure how I was only awarded $2000.
I have greatly enjoyed my classes at CSU Global. The content has been extensive and challenging. Professors have had varied styles of teaching with some going well beyond to convey greater expectations for their classes, which I enjoyed and agreed with. In some cases, the volume of material was a bit exhaustive, but that only forced me to go beyond my comfort zone, which more students need to do, and is reflected in discussion posts, where a variety of students seem less prepared than others. Regardless, the curriculum is making a defined impact in my career.
My experience was wonderful, because everyone was willing to help me succeed.
I was able to work on my timeline and have the assignments completed on time.
You may as well teach yourself
Good School, classes are easy to understand and navigate. The school has quite a lot of relevant degree programs for jobs that are actually in demand this day and age (which is great because some schools offer degrees that are useless, this school does not.) The reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the school was more active in the career services department. As in providing more opportunities for EVERY student to get in touch with jobs or internships so they are successful and have experience once they graduate. This might be a recession issue as there were more job related opportunities/programs back in 2023, but not as much now. I just feel that more universities should focus on their career services because it's cutthroat in the job market nowadays.
Everyone is super responsive and seems to really want to help. No one ever made me feel like a bother or like I shouldn’t be pursuing my degree. The website and layout is also great. A lot of sites can kind of get muddled and confusing even for tech people like myself. This experience was just very smooth and easy and enjoyable to be honest
I think the content needs to be updated and reviewed. There were many times were the module did not have the most recent information or the formatting was not done completely. It was good in terms of giving base-level information, but could definitely use some help with more in-depth information. It felt like a good baseline, but that's not what a Masters program should be. I think there should either be more pseudo-code to build off of, or more/better examples available to the student. The discussion posts also should be reevaluated. Asking an objective question, expecting varying answers, and diverse responses is just not feasible. I think more real-world examples would also be incredibly beneficial to help solidify the content being given.
The professors are good
Pursuing my Master’s in Professional Accounting at CSU Global has been an incredibly positive experience. One of the things I appreciate most is the consistent structure across all courses. The weekly schedule is the same for every class, which makes planning, time management, and balancing work and school so much easier. Each class is organized clearly, with assignments, discussions, and expectations laid out in a way that feels both structured and manageable. The professors have also been a highlight of the program. Every instructor I’ve had has been friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced in the field. Their real-world insights and willingness to help have made even the more challenging topics feel approachable. I also want to recognize my guidance counselor, who has been amazing throughout my entire journey. She always responded quickly to my questions and consistently provided clear, helpful answers. Her support made navigating the program feel seamless. Lastly, I truly appreciate that CSU Global offers a high-quality graduate education at a reasonable tuition cost. It made pursuing my master’s degree feel both achievable and worthwhile.
I have learned a great deal during my studies at CSU Global. The classes are informative and relate to real-world experiences. The faculty and student advisors are excellent and responsive. I could not have made a better choice of a university to complete my degree.
The classes were easy to follow, and the professors were great at responding. The classes were all structured the same, making it easy and convenient to remember due dates. I would highly recommend this school. The counselors reach out if they see a need and regularly check in with you to make sure you are okay and to see if you have any needs.
CSU has been a great online educational experience for me. It has challenged me and taught me things that I did not expect to learn in some of the courses I have been able to take. Everyone does a great job in working together to get you on track with your education. I would definitely recommend this school.
I enjoyed my time with CSU. Throughout my journey, what really stood out to me and made it extremely possible for me to complete the course was the true ability to work at my own pace.
They just didn’t try and you can tell, I really wanted to like it but I didn’t find it possible.
I think CSU Global is great because of the experience I am getting or already gained from them through the online learning. Before I thought I won’t be able to do but they blew my mind making me feel like is a real class room learning environment because I don’t miss anything. The way they structured the online learning program is very straight forward and easy to follow. For those reasons and a lot more makes them great.
What works well for me at CSU Global is consistency. For each class, the due dates are the same and that may seem like a small thing, but I am a busy person and adjusting to changing expectations is a task that I just don't need added to my list. Most professors are consistent in their expectations.
The Degree Progress Details in the student portal was under "maintenance" throughout my entire undergrad experience at CSU. Otherwise, it was a pretty smooth experience and was able to achieve my academic goal while maintaining a full time job as well.
Most of the adjunct professors were experienced in the field they were teaching, which always helps. Grading was always fair and objective.
The classes were great, but the inconsistency among staff members was disappointing. Whenever I had a concern, it often took 3–5 days to receive a response, sometimes I didn’t hear back at all.
The price is very reasonable, but the classes are too focused on writing many long papers compared to other masters programs.
Great support from advisors! Everyone including instructors are very responsive! I loved the structure of the classes, how homework is always due the same days of the week no matter the class so you always know what to expect. Lastly, this accredited program is a great price.
I enjoy CSU Global because it provides flexibility in my schedule and the instructors are very knowledgeable.
CSU Global has been so attentive to all of my needs, questions, and concerns throughout the entire duration of my HRM degree program. My student success counselor, Danielle, my professors, the writing center, and the financial aid/tuition office have been incredibly supportive and helpful as well. The quality of my education here, combined with its affordability and flexibility, makes CSU Global an excellent choice for anyone interested in undergraduate or graduate programs. I am so pleased and grateful for having found a place with CSU Global.
The classes seem like a joke. Sadly the classes did not prepare for what they should have.
I’ve had a positive experience overall with CSU Global’s faculty and support staff. Professors are responsive, engaged, and generally supportive of student learning. I appreciate the encouragement to connect theory to practice and the strong sense of community fostered in courses. Service is reliable — I’ve had few issues with access to materials, grading turnaround, or tech support. Where service could improve is in consistency across courses regarding expectations. Instructors interpret “professional writing guidelines” differently: some enforce APA7 strictly (down to paragraph breaks), others relax those requirements or provide formatting rules that diverge from APA7. While this isn’t a service failure per se, it creates unnecessary confusion for students. Greater alignment across instructors would improve the student experience.
It was so great to be able to finish my college journey online - from the enrollment counseling to my success counselor, and especially my professors, I felt fully supported.
Going back to school at age 40 was a big decision, but choosing Colorado State University Global made the experience not only possible — it made it enjoyable. As a full-time employee and parent, I needed a program that could fit into my busy life, and CSU Global delivered exactly that. The 8-week online classes were structured in a way that allowed me to balance work, family, and school without feeling overwhelmed. The flexibility was a game-changer, and I always felt supported throughout my journey. The instructors were excellent — knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in student success. I never felt like just a number, even though it was an online program. CSU Global is also affordable, which made returning to school less financially stressful. The education I received was high-quality and applicable to real-world work — something I noticed right away in my job. I’m proud to say I had the best experience at CSU Global and highly recommend it to other working adults or parents considering going back to school. It’s never too late, and this school truly makes it possible.
CSU Global made adult schooling an easy process. One of the great things I love about the school is that the resources are available. There's a library online, it is very organized when it comes to the work assignments for each class, and the personal attention from your advisors. I would not have made it without the encouragement of my advisor and the motivation each week with each instructor. The classes are current and relatable to today's corporate society. I got my undergraduate degree and I'm working on my master's degree. I am very pleased with my education.
Great professor, great curriculum & easy-to-use online system.
My experience with CSU Global was extremely positive. I finally earned my bachelor's degree and will more than likely pursue a masters with CSU. The tuition is very affordable and the professors are all so helpful. The coursework is definitely designed for working people. It can be overwhelming with critical thinking assignments but it's doable.
The instructors were helpful and the schedule was flexible and manageable.
My advisor has been invaluable in my learning experience, and I appreciate most of my instructors for engaging me with structured learning content and helping me build a rich academic experience.
CSU Global provided me a great library and writing center, including free review of work, that was very helpful. From my experiance pursuing a BS - Human Resource Management, this school is best suited for indenpendent learners who are willing to take care of the resources offered, and appraciate the flexbailty offered by their class structre. Meet the weekly unchanging due dates and you are good to go. Also, ask professors for help and they will provide it (most of mine were very supportive).
Great school, wonderful staff.
Never did I think my start of college in 2007 would finally end in 2025, but here I am. Do to life I have started and stopped a lot of times. CSU Global has been the experience I needed to kick my education back in gear. Never did I think my bachelors degree would be possible but here I am in the home stretch! Thank you Rebekah and the whole CSU family for helping get something almost 20 years in the making!
I am happy with the courses and Professors I’ve had at CSU global, it’s been friendly and easy to navigate the courses. The Professors have been friendly, courteous and readily to assist when needed. I enjoy their dedication, professionalism, attentiveness, and care they put into making learning enjoyable and understanding. I am a working adult and CSU Global allows me to be flexible with my schedule and provides a positive learning environment as I strive to obtain my degree.
The IT Operations Certification program at CSU Global offers a well-rounded curriculum with courses that directly relate to recognized professional certifications, making it an excellent option for anyone looking to prepare for an entry-level IT position.
CSU Global has been a great fit for my busy life. As an MBA student balancing a full-time job and personal responsibilities, I really appreciated how well organized the program was. The 8-week courses made it easy to stay focused, and I always knew what to expect each week. It made going back to school feel totally manageable.
CSU Global had the flexible program that I wanted to take at an affordable rate. I've gotten an excellent education with very knowledgeable professors so far and feel better prepared and equipped to expand my career. The staff have all been very friendly, helpful, and most of them follow up with me efficiently. Great experience overall!
My time at CSU Global was overwhelmingly positive. The flexibility of the online courses allowed me to balance my education with work and personal commitments, which was a major benefit. The coursework was challenging but relevant, and I appreciated how focused it was on real-world application. The instructors were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in student success. Overall, CSU Global provided a supportive learning environment and the tools I needed to grow both professionally and academically.
Colorado State Global Campus is a great school with awesome resources.
A wonderful experience, I was able to obtain my degree while working full time. I also play sports competitively and train daily. The structure of classes allowed me to schedule ahead and stay focused while having a life outside school work.
My very positive experience with CSU Global has not changed since 2014. Flexible, cheep, and fulfilling my high expectation. My career proves that CSU Global education is of a high quality.
I love the school and how it has helped me get my degrees done.
I was a student in my early 40's, with 24 years of trying to finish my degree. I had tried college right after high school, but significant life events halted that. (Then there were three more failed attempts thereafter.) It was not until I started attending CSU Global in 2020 that I got a renewed sense of accomplishment and the support I actually needed to graduate. CUS Global, though online, felt like a brick-and-mortar school. I got involved in the Student Veterans Organization and even became president of the organization. I went through two counselors during my time with the school, but my last counselor was amazing and a constant help in various aspects of school. As for the teachers, many were very active in engaging with students and teachers gave great feedback in their classes. Finally, student connections can even be made through the school's Global Connect, or for me several fellow students have connected on LinkedIn.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This “university” doesn’t honor veteran status according to federal regulations, and therefore has denied my son financial aid. I have contacted the office numerous times and have not gotten a return phone call. They are not interested in helping students at all.
You just continually do a top-notch job.
I had an excellent study experience at CSU Global. It's a successful online institution that offers real-world curriculum. The teachers and advisors at CSU Global were excellent and helped me overcome every challenge to succeed. When it comes to your learning, the world here at CSU Global is simply different.
CSU Global is a great institution. The preparedness they have is excellent, and as a student, you will benefit immensely if you commit yourself fully to course.
CSU advisors were helpful and available everytime and for any reason I needed assistance. Rebekah in particular was patient and compassionate with me during my journey that at times needed insight from someone like her to help me push through or take a break. I appreciate each staff and instructors attitude and forgivness when 'life happens' as well as the encouragement on a job well done. I never felt alone and always felt encouraged and supported despite being hundreds of miles away.
They changed the content of the class and didn't email me that the credit wouldn't transfer. I only took this so it would transfer. Basically, they got my money and left to fend for myself. NEVER taking a class here again.
My educational journey has enriched me; sharpening my skills and expanding my horizons as an adult learner. Although not without its challenges; the overall experience was positive. I am thrilled to be wrapping up my degree with my final class wrapping up the first weekend in July 2025.
The flexibility was super awesome and I really liked the course schedule of doing two at a time over an eight week period instead of the regular semester format. Overall, everything was great, and most of the teachers were super helpful and engaged. The only constructive criticism I would have is that, although it was uncommon, sometimes the opening exercises or mastery exercises would not be formatted correctly, such as having two of the same answer, true or false for a multiple choice question, etc. This seemed to become more common in the higher level classes I took and happened specifically in FIN440. Although again, this was uncommon and not necessarily a super huge deal since there's mostly unlimited attempts on these, since these exercises are a large part of the module would maybe be worth reviewing.
I had a great experience, I did not feel pressure to attend more classes than I could manage. Teachers were responsive and my capstone experience was the best because I had a great teacher who was highly educated but humble and included content on mindset after graduation. My counselor was there whenever I needed and was encouraging every step of the way.
I’ve done 2 undergrad certifications here. The pacing is perfect (discussion post due Thursdays & critical thinking and discussion responses due on Sundays). It gives you reasonable deadlines but enough time in between. My guidance counselors have always been helpful. You need to study the materials they give you and be self motivated and driven, and having properly timed due dates helps with that.
My experience at this university has been enriching. The thoughtfully designed coursework, the highly knowledgeable instructors, and the intuitive online learning environment have all contributed to my academic journey. One of the highlights has been working with the Writing Center faculty, who consistently provide constructive feedback and encouragement that have strengthened my academic skills. This supportive and challenging environment has prepared me for real-world success, instilling in me a sense of reassurance and confidence in my future endeavors.
It was a great school. I enjoyed the learning and the classes. I think I only had one teacher that was a little challenging. All in all not bad for my undergrad and graduate programs.
I thoroughly enjoy the experience of the courses as well as the self-paced format that allows me as a mother to create a schedule for life and education.
My advisor checked in regularly and the courses were simple to navigate.
Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Courses were informative and the schedules were organized and easy to follow. Very convenient way to get a degree for those who are always busy.
CSU Global is just what the doctor ordered for anyone seeking to complete their undergraduate or graduate degree, especially folks who are busy during work hours or prefer virtual learning. There is still collaboration online, and you can move at your own pace throughout each weekly module depending on when you have bandwidth without being tied to specific lecture times.
I really appreciate the flexibility to do my work when I have the time available to me, and all the help and resources available at those times as well. I feel like I was given autonomy over my work and all the resources needed to accomplish my goals. The counselors are helpful and hands on.
The enrollment, academic and financial aid advisors were very helpful and, they made the processes of enrollment, registration, and applying for financial aid stress-free. The professors were knowledgeable and supportive and the course materials were thorough and up-to-date. I completed the undergraduate certificate in Information Technology Operations. The course structure is well-organized and easy to follow, making it ideal for working professionals. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to advance their IT career with flexible, high-quality online education.
Flexible schedule made it easy to maintain work life balance and school without being overwhelmed.
I loved the format and how the material is presented. Great Instructors with fast responses to questions. Very helpful staff and students. Really enjoyed my time here.
Very good instructors that provided real world experience and interactions with classmates.
I really enjoyed the course work, professors and online format of the classes at CSU Global. From that standpoint, I would give more stars. But part of my experience has been impacted by not knowing what to expect from y success advisor, and feeling like there could be more advice/guidance. AS an example, I know that CSU Global offers higher degrees in Business, and I asked my success advisor how people decide if they should pursue a higher degree, and was directed to the online catalog. I wasn't looking for a list of classes or pre-packaged information, I was looking for help deciding what my next steps should be, and if they should include additional schooling. Having said that, my success advisor was very responsive and helpful when doing things like enrolling in classes for the upcoming semester.
The asynchronous classes fit well into my busy life! The professors were really great also.
Great course content and relevant in today’s business environment
Very responsive and helpful staff. Great experience finishing my masters degree while working a full time job. I highly recommend CSU Global to anyone interested!
I would continue with CSU Global for my doctoral degree, as my experience in perusing my masters degree was top notch!
Love CSU Global. I like that I can go at my own pace and that the classes have interactive lab simulations.
My experience as a student at CSU Global is very proud. Teachers are very respectful and have excellent understanding where most of classmates I have been were working and try to get degree to support current job or pursue career. Feedback is very important to students. It gives motivation to do better and confidence. I like all my teachers. My student advisor is excellent. Very supportive, helpful, and willing to guide me to continue my education and always there for me when I needed help. I thank you very much.
I have been well supported, by both the professors as well as by my Success Counselor. While the classes have been fast paced, I have learned how to schedule my time and maintain a high GPA.
This University is very methodical and perfect for a busy person trying to get their degree. Every step of the process was easy and accurate.
CSU allowed me to balance working full time and completing the masters degree in HR Management My degree is hopefully opening more doors for me professionally. It has been a great and rewarding experience.
Taking courses through CSU global was a breeze from start to finish. The staff is amazing and the online courses flow very well. I did not encounter any barriers during my studies and thought the content was informative and well structured.
It's ok. I think it is sort of a "you get what you pay for" situation. Most instructors are ok. If you want to rely on yourself and make sure that you're learning and getting the most out of your experience, then you'll be fine. But make sure you have everything, including financing, figured out on your own because there is not much support. You may seek assistance and simply be ignored. Do not count on getting a scholarship; I've been at the top of my class since the outset of enrollment, and recruited to multiple honor societies. I have nearly a 4.0 (one A-). I have also won awards for my writing, so I am quite confident in my scholarship essays but have yet to receive a single scholarship, though I've applied for several. I suspect it is because I am a single mother and choose to be honest and authentic in my essays, so I've disclosed that fact. With that said, those are my honest feelings about CSU. It's fine. It was the most affordable program and they were willing to take all of my previous degree credits, so it was the wise choice for me.
I was able to work, be a present mom and get my degree!
CSU Global really was the best online experience for education that I've ever had. My professors were great, prompt and always listening. The coursework was challenging but not overwhelming. The tutoring service was amazing and easy to use. I am so happy I decided to attend here.
I truly appreciate the flexibility that online learning provides, allowing me to work at my own pace while still adhering to set deadlines for assignments. This setup helps me maintain a healthy balance between work, family, and school. The professors have been incredibly supportive, with clear expectations that make the learning process smooth. I also really enjoy the accelerated 8-week classes—they're efficient and engaging. I would wholeheartedly recommend CSU Global to anyone!
Everything you need and more.......!
I don't know where you get some of your professors but, most of them are so full of themselves that it doesn't matter how hard you try to they are never happy and nitpick your grade. If you are a computer major I do not see how writing a 10 to 12 page paper and a 3 to 4 page paper every other week helps you learn about computer technics. It should be the hands on labs which helps a student learn more. They concentrate on Grammar and references that have nothing to do with Computer learning. The 2 who stand out the most are Stuart Gold and Vivian Lyons. I have enjoyed most of my professors Steve Choyce, Joseph Turano, Georgette Jones and Murthy Rallapalli are just a few that concentrated on the technical areas of my Cybersecurity Degree.
I've had a great experience at CSU Global! The faculty and staff were all incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Shoutout to my advisor, Chelsea Pollock, for always helping me and answering my many questions! The coursework was engaging and I was able to gather insight from peers with different perspectives. Most importantly, I was able to easily navigate my school schedule while working full time. Proud to be a CSU Global graduate!
It was the write ballance of discison and assignment. Excellent professors.
Success is set up for you, CSU Global does a great job of putting you in place to succeed.
Completing the Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Colorado State University has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. With over 20 years in software, cloud, and cybersecurity, I came into this program looking to evolve—not to start over, but to build on what I’ve already done. What I found was a program that’s technically rigorous, thoughtfully structured, and genuinely aligned with where the field of AI is heading. The coursework challenged me in all the right ways—from classical AI and algorithmic thinking to deep learning, computer vision, and generative networks. I walked away with practical, hands-on experience that I’ve already begun applying in my work at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud risk. Equally important: CSU’s commitment to ethical AI practices. Their clear guidance and emphasis on responsible AI use made a huge difference in how I approached every assignment—and how I’ll approach AI in the future. If you’re considering this program, don’t hesitate. It’s designed for professionals who are ready to grow, push themselves, and prepare for what’s next.
The CSU Global staff and faculty made my online grad school experience manageable, enjoyable, and consistent. I’m very grateful to the team at CSU Global for how they have accommodated my busy schedule as a full time accountant, husband, father, and bivocational minister. Thank you!
I have had a good time as student connecting and working with all CSU-Global pepole online. They are very nice and honest people. Thanks all so much Mamdouh Zayed
I’ve been really supported by my instructors and especially my advisor Amanda. She has gone above and beyond to help me when issues arise and given good advice and solid help.
Everything was great, the teachers and the staff were easy to reach and responded quickly and understandingly to anything I might of had questions about.
CSU Global was a phenomenal experience. I learned up-to-date, applicable skills relevant to my field of interest. I was also able to explore other fields through electives, which ultimately led me to a passion for social science and policy research. The faculty at CSU Global is experienced, inspiring, responsive, and encouraging. As a non-traditional student and full-time working adult, CSU Global provided me with flexibility, affordability, and the space for creativity. If you're looking for an innovative and accredited online university, CSU Global is a great choice! You will get back what you put into it.
I studied at CSU Global and got my diploma in Computer Science in 2024. Here’s my review: Professors that I encountered didn’t seem to care much. Course contents/announcements were often copied and pasted incorrectly either from a past term or from an entirely different course, which often makes things super confusing. It is unlikely to get much out of a course even if you put good effort into it. The way they structure it is just not meant for gaining in-depth knowledge. Any course that gives good learning opportunity would require at minimum a certain level of consistency and constructive feedback. Sadly I don’t see CSU global courses being able to achieve that. If you submit any work on time, in my experience, 90%+ professors would give you full credit regardless of the quality of your work. That is no good for learning in my opinion. This also means that you don’t get much useful feedbacks from your professors. There is this discussion board that everyone would have to post and respond, most of the time you don’t get anything out of the discussions, because people don’t put much thought into them and discussions would end half way because everyone has moved on to the next week’s topic. So, in my opinion, not good for learning but great for getting a diploma with minimal effort.
I learn a lot, I feel confidence to develop my project management skills
I’m not a fan of online learning since the take away is all self directed. However, once I settled into a cadence, it worked ok. Some professors were better at engaging, than others. There were many classes I felt instructors had pre-loaded all content and treated the teaching as rote work. Pretty sad since we can learn from them yet they chose to take the less time intensive option. I enjoyed those who engaged more, actually read my work and provided useful input. The capstone process of creating the final thesis was unnecessary and a repeat of creating our thesis in the previous class. Just a fancy way of getting more hours and $ from students. I didn’t like the requirement to take 2-3 speciality classes since none directly correlated to my area of interest. I have saved many useful charts and reference materials for future use and do feel I learned new content along the way. For busy professionals, the online process can be squeezed in easier than having to attend classes in person. Having 1 session to meet everyone virtually via zoom would have helped me connect with other students an each professor better. I’m done, accomplished my goal and put in the time I wanted for a quality education! I appreciated this opportunity for learning. Thank you.
The Gen Ed course support from instructors was excellent. Course and program support for BSCS was poor to nonexistent. Core program instructors and the program director appear to be there for some extra side-hustle money. I had minimal programming in a BSCS program and did not feel ready for the next steps in natural progression from an undergraduate program. Theory instruction is good but requires practical lab and instruction follow-up.
I was satisfied with the education I received for my bachelors degree, and may return for my masters someday. The classes were challenging but manageable, professors provided good structure and feedback, and the ability to do it 100% online without ever actually having to go into a classroom was very important since I travel a lot for work and dont live near a campus.
I struggled with the correct direction for a masters degree program. I spoke with a career counselor with the school summer of 2016. I completed a degree in Organizational leadership with a specialty in HR in 2018 to hopefully work within staff training. I was unable to find a career still in staff training in 2020. I then met with another career counselor to know if I needed a certificate in HR or what would help find a better career and was told to complete another masters in HR. Here is it 2025, I have two master degrees from CSU Global and still do not have a career in my education field. It was a waste of money twice now. Great program but the career counselors are more like sales people.
CSU Global creates a great, straightforward platform to facilitate a positive online learning environment. I left my previous institution because change was inconsistent, communication was always lacking, and there was zero accountability when I needed to voice my concerns. CSU-G seems to set the standard, and they collect a great staff of mentors, tutors, teachers, and support staff. If I can settle on my next degree, CSU-G will be my first choice school I reach out to, and I recommend them to anyone considering pursuing an online degree.
Each person I spoke with made me feel that I did have soneting to offer.
Excellent online University! Staff and Student assistants were extremely professional, knowledgable, and helpful! Very smooth completion of my Bachelors and Masters in HR. I wished they have a Doctorate program as well!
I had a great experience at Colorado State University-Global. My professors were exceptional, helpful, and respectful.
Great online programs and flexibility. Instructors are always available to help. Various programs.
The university is great, however, the bachelor diplomat look very horse. Not presentable at all. It is very discouraging to attend a four degree and received what looks like any certificate out there. Very discouraging.
The instructors were accessible and appeared to be unbiased.
While I loved my time there and was able to complete my degree. I never received a copy of that degree, even though i have reached out many times for help to the School. it is frustrating to do the work and pay the money, and then never get your completion document. It is just not OK.
Mondy Gold may be the most egotistical professor I’ve ever had the pleasure of taking a course with.
The guidance from student counselor. Availability of resources and materials.
CSU Global was nothing short of an excellent experience. All MBA classes conducted with PHD Professors extremely engaged and working as industry experts. No short change of not being in the classroom with current relevant readings and assignments. The CSU Global support is expeditious in all of its dealings and very responsive. All proving to be the best University choice for working professionals. Great job CSU Global!
Professors are engaging and truly care about the student's progress and career. I enjoyed the fact that all the professors I had were professionals of the field I was going into.
Great professors
It was hard, took a lot of time, but was worth it. Thank you to the staff that helped me throughout the way.
Methodology
Tony Frank gets 5 stars
User friendly tech applications. Active duty military friendly. Assignments were not over baring. Professors and admin were responsive.
They were very supportive in every aspect of schooling. I especially loved the personal support for resumes and interviews.
Classes were relevant and challenging. Staff was interested in your learning and were quick to reply.
CSU Global worked for me in many ways and has opportunities to optimize and update the learning experience. I appreciated the autonomy within a structured online format. The modules could include more recent research and benefit from an audit of the links and redundancy of course material. Additionally, many of the research materials I wanted to access were unavailable to CSU Global students yet were available to Pueblo and CSU students. Since I most enjoyed the ability to review and consider the research, and some students have limited finances for outside resources, it would be helpful to grow library access. Concerning my interactions and connections during my studies, many instructors provided valuable reflection opportunities and were available when additional guidance was needed. I appreciated the incorporation of student interactions in the weekly post assignments. However, there were challenges in a few classes due to the limited number of students (1 or 2). Additionally, students would benefit from more in-depth interaction to promote deeper connection and varied reflection. Deeper connections may be achieved by incorporating adult learning concepts such as a final peer review and a synchronous learning opportunity. I recognize that remote learning has challenges, and these options may be limited. A peer review of the final assignment would be beneficial while honoring the asynchronous learning format. Another option for connection might be to include a synchronous all-class meet-up, allowing for a video submittal option for those who cannot attend. Overall, I appreciate this opportunity as it helped me grow in confidence and knowledge according to my schedule and preferences.
The coursework was out of date and left me entirely unemployable in the end, despite getting a stellar, high GPA. I was so stressed by the workload that I literally developed hives and my hands became swollen in the final year. The support was also inaccessible, either because the professors had no ideas to solve problems with the course (most of the time; there were a few exceptions) and it was literally impossible to use the tutors or other "features" because the reading load and assignments left absolutely no time to seek help at all. It was just a constant state of drowning.
One of the most important reasons for selecting CSU Global was that it offered a program that was 100% online without requiring a capstone course to be held at a specific location. Because I frequently travel and work outside of the United States, CSU Global gave me that opportunity wholeheartedly. During my tenure with CSU Global, the entire school administration and professors seemed to take a genuine interest in the Master's Degree program. I have obtained professional relationships and even published a paper that has now been seen over 700 times globally, furthering my research proficiency. I hereby give CSU Global my highest recommendation and am very grateful for the opportunity to continue my education.
The program worked for my schedule. You have to be able to learn on your own with the tools that are given to you.
I enjoyed my classes and learned a lot :)
CSU Global allowed me to finally finish my Bachelor’s in Business Management, after trying for many years. I completed it while working full time and learned so much. I love the 8-week format, which allowed me to take up to 4 classes per semester. I couldn’t have done that with a traditional format while working FT. Most of the instructors are experts in their fields, engaging, and really care about their students. The only negative is being required to do discussion posts every week and for every class. These felt like mini-research assignments, on top of other research assignments. There are other, less time-consuming ways to gauge meeting learning objectives.
* Appreciated flexible hours. * Weekly tests, no due date, repeatable * Weekly discussion for the most part was very enjoyable. Most Professors were awesome at class engagement (I commented post class about poor engagement). * Made friends over my years at CSUG, learned many new skills, and graduated with a bs in marketing with honors. Thank you CSUG! Great program!
Great experience overall completing my undergrad and graduate degrees at CSU-Global!
I received my bachelor's and master's degree through CSU Global. I have degrees from other schools and have had good communication, study tools, instructions support, and knowledge. Be aware that I put "good" in my previous sentence. My experience with CSU Global has been excellent for everything! The customer service for students, instructors knowledge and support to the students, study tools, online portal.. Everything has been well above my previous experiences with other organizations. I am very grateful that I selected CSU Global.
Good repeatable framework. Process is solid. Professors are responsive. And my success counselor was just awesome and always had the answers my questions.
Attending CSUG was one of the best experiences! From beginning to ending I received guidance from staff on how to apply for loans to making a scheduled outline on how to go about taking classes. I am very thankful for all their help and support I have received from them. I was able to complete my degree and goal within the time frame in order to start my next goal.
I feel there needs to be more hands on in addition to the papers!
Such a great experience being a student at CSU Global. It allowed me the flexibility to work full-time, while working on my degree. The circulum was challenging, yet manageable. The instructors were great, responsive and fair. Highly recommend!
Incredible support, veterans are treated with the utmost respect as I’m sure all students are, and the classes are dynamic and at a good pace.
Towards the end of my degree the classes were not as engaging as in the beginning. Overall a good experience and education.
Attending CSU Global was an amazing experience. The workload was as expected, requiring about 15-25 hours per week per class, with assignments due on Thursdays and Sundays. While it was a lot to manage, the flexibility of asynchronous courses made it possible to pursue a masters degree while balancing a full-time job managing a team in healthcare IT during a pandemic and merger, and raising twin toddlers. Most instructors were highly responsive and understanding of the challenges students faced, making communication key. A few struggled with timely responses and grading clarity/consistency, but virtual conversations helped resolve those issues. I took two short breaks to regroup but was able to jump back in and complete my degree in 2.5 years. The structure of weekly deadlines without live classes provided the accountability I needed while allowing for flexibility. Additionally, CSU Global was significantly more affordable than other institutions, and more importantly, I learned so much. I highly recommend it! If I could do it under these circumstances, anyone can.
It was an amazing experience. I was able to study at my own pace and I was given a lot of support.
Completed their graduate certification in project management. Great faculty and staff. Professors were knowledgeable. Would recommend!
Ability to study on my own terms
The instructors are all far more concerned with proper APA format then actual content and ensuring their students are grasping material. The majority of my classes felt like taking an English class over and over again. To combat this I started using software to help me get my papers into proper APA format, which many universities recommened. Unfortunately CSU global used low end AI detection software and the instructors started complaining that my papers were AI generated. So sensitive was their AI detection software that words auto correct would be flagged. In all not a great experience.
Rampant online cheating known by teachers. Discussions and likely assignments by students were obviously written by AI and worthless. I would bring up this fact to teachers and even the president of CSU, with their responses being either "there's nothing we can do" or no response (from the President, after so many weak responses working my way up the chain of command). In two cases my non-AI work started being grading ridiculously hard by 2 teachers who I had informed of the rampant AI cheating -- I guess for speaking up and making their job harder. I asked for justification of their grading, and multiple times my grade would change to a 100% with zero explanation or discussion -- also, I'd guess for their game being called-out and not wanting to spend any time defending their actions, much less teaching anything. A few other occasions, I would call teachers during their "office hours". The vast majority of the time, the teachers seemed annoyed I used office hours / I assume it was rare for students to actually request to speak. In private messages with other students, I learned I was not alone -- people would just quit using office hours as it was clear the teachers never intended spend any time one on one helping students. A few teachers clearly did not understand the material they were trying to teach and repeatedly showed the same. In one case, with a supposed PhD in accounting living in FL, I started asking very basic questions as a test after them posting some truly illogical and clearly wrong statements again and again, and was stunned at the level of ignorance and just patently wrong answers I'd get in response. I think CSU is just a way for marginal educators to make a few extra bucks on the side by logging in a few times a week, copy and pasting material and responses from previous classes (obviously happening as you could tell the context was from some other conversation / discussion thread, and not what was being directly discussed), and calling it teaching. Again, in private messages with other students in the class, I learned my experience was common among many students. The school is just a diploma mill and nothing more. If you are close to finishing a degree and just need to top it off, feel you know your degree material well, and just need to get an official piece of paper, CSU is fine. If you actually want to learn anything, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. As an employer, if I saw CSU on an applicant's resume, I would be very suspicious.
Great program with flexibility. I was able to finish my degree in half the time because they accepted courses from Sophia (self-paced). Also, I used the online tutoring, constantly. I would have been lost without it. They so have a 'career center' with free coaches and resources, but I have to say that without internships, your chance of finding a job after is drastically cut. I've been looking for 4 months pretty aggressively. I would have gone somewhere else with the same perks, if only for that.
Great establishment of knowledge that gives you a great experience in furthering your education of careers
Flexible program that allowed me to obtain my education goals while working at the same time.
It was a great opportunity for me to learn at CSU-Global.
I could schedule my own course and complete it even amid my family crisis and career disruptions.
As a graduate of a CSUGC graduate studies program, I enthusiastically recommend CSUGC to anyone considering options for their degree. Helpful advisors and service folks, and confidence in the structure of every course are both significant factors in my high praise and recommendation of CSUGC. A quality education for an affordable price is also an important part of my realistic analysis in encouraging others to consider CSUGC for their degrees.
The staff at CSU Global were extremely supportive in my endeavors to take a heavy course load and complete my degree in a short timeframe. They were always kind and very quick to respond to any of my inquiries. I am incredibly appreciative of their help in my education journey.
Being able to work full-time and complete my education was vital. CSU Global provides flexibility to balance home, school, and work life.
I am happy with the academic support I received from my instructors and advisor.
You worked with me and my schedule. Consistent structure and format. Digestible and easy to understand summaries.
Attending Colorado State University Global was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The education, resources, and support I received there truly shaped my career in IT. The faculty were incredibly knowledgeable, and the hands-on opportunities gave me the skills and confidence I needed to excel. I owe a lot of my current success to CSU, and I constantly tell my friends about how awesome this school is. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely sets you up for success, CSU is the way to go!
I had some really engaged and helpful professors and others just cut and pasted generic feedback into my assignments. The best professors provided weekly videos of the weekly topics and asked for specific input in our group discussion posts. Those professors also gave detailed, custom feedback on my papers -- this was very helpful. I think it would be great if classes had online group live discussions - often I felt confused. A weekly discussion session or a live Q&A forum would have helped a lot.
Have attended several grad schools. CSU Global has teachers with solid academic credentials with the bonus of significant practical experience. All support services (advisory, F/A, etc.) were excellent.
Great experience, great support, got a great career with my degree
I graduated in October, 2024. My experience with CSU Global was great. My final GPA is 3.86 and my major is Project Management. The weekly workload is not heavy for a full-time student while I had a full-time job too. The discussion and writing assignments are easy to complete. It's not a self-paced program, so even you are very competent in your subject, you have to follow the 8-week session schedule. This is the only downside to me. It slowed me down and therefore the cost is high if compared with the competency-based program that I am currently attending for my Master degree. Overall, CSU is a good school to attend.
For the most part, my experience obtaining my bachelor’s in IT with CSU-G was tremendously positive. Out of the five years I attended classes I only had two instructors that were wildly mediocre. I also felt the courses prepared me for the role in IT I was pursuing. I am happy to report that I have been working in the IT career field, engaging in my specialization today.
CSU Global is the future of higher education. Their advisors were accommodating and not hard to get ahold of. CSU Global catapulted my HR career. I never had a hard time getting a job, in fact I have held 4 different HR positions. I have learned so many invaluable skills at CSU Global. I can't recommend this place enough!!
I dislike the inconsistencies. I have to always be the one to reach out to my student advisor asking questions about this and that.
Wonderful teachers, available tech support and completely asynchronous study schedules
Engaged advisor for student. Responsive with questions. Faculty that are experienced in fields of instruction.
I haven’t been able to find a job. Some of the teachers are really bad. I think it could greatly improve if the teachers actually interacted with the students.
I have been unable to find a job for over 6 months since graduation with a 4.0. Career advisors have been as confused as I am as to why that is the case, and there are zero finance advisors available to meet with me. I am confident I wasted money on this degree
I attended CSU Global last year and earned a graduate level certificate. I found the classes to be moderately challenging and most, but not all, of my professors were responsive. I had really wanted to stay at CSU Global and transfer my certificate credits toward a graduate degree, which I was given to understand wouldn’t be a problem from the time I enrolled. However, when it came time to do this, I was first told it wasn’t possible due to “double dipping” of credits and then, once I’d contacted the registrar and proven this false, I learned that I would have to complete the certificate program before I could enroll for a graduate degree. My program ended 1 day after their rate hike deadline, and since I had completed my degree I’ll was considered a non- continuous student. While I recognize the technicality, it felt wrong, because it actually would have been much cheaper to have dropped my last class and paid for it again, which would have allowed me to remain a continuous student than to have done the right thing and finished my class and certificate on time. That, and the runaround I got from staff from the moment I began making my inquiries about completing a master’s, has unfortunately led to my pausing my studies. I may elect to return to CSU Global in the future because at the time of my research it was the most affordable option and it’s pretty easy. However, my recommendation to possible future students is to go in expecting a runaround (and possibly conflicting information) from non-teaching staff and to be prepared to spend considerable time and frustration dealing with any side issues you may have. While I appreciate the response, it really illustrates CSU Global’s continued inability to address the real issues.
The school didn’t feel like it was all about the money. I went in and learned the material and when I had questions the teachers actually wanted to teach me rather than let fail.
I liked the flexibility and professors, and the curriculum was good. I disliked how easy it was to get an A without meaningfully learning the material or challenging students. It seemed like everyone got A’s with minimal effort. The structure of CSU Global is flexibility without meaningful accountability. The existing accountability is made up of open book assignments and papers (some shared with other students), so it is up to you to absorb the material in a meaningful way. It left me wondering if there was enough accountability to differentiate CSU Global from a diploma mill. I also disliked the CSU Global name. The term “Global” tacked onto “CSU” felt like the school was less than or a sub-tier of CSU, which is true, but why make it so blatantly obvious.
Attending CSU Global was a huge disappointment. The program, the professors, and the financial aid staff were terrible. I have never been so dissatisfied with an institution. I self-taught myself the material as the courses and "feedback" from professors were useless.
Told me to email a non existent email for help
My overall experience was great due to the planning and framing of the coursework ahead of time. I always knew what to expect moving forward.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The curriculum was educational. I enjoyed my experience. Would recommend.
I really like CSU Global! I felt like I learned quite a bit in the short time that I was with them. I also appreciated how hands on the classes were. 9 out of 10 professors were attentive to my needs as an online student and cared about my growth and advancement in the courses. The cost of tuition was reasonable and it was something I felt I could afford as a First Generation college student. The only reason I gave CSU Global 4-Stars is because I wish there were more opportunities for job placement after I completed my degree. I had a very hard time finding a job after my studies and many other colleges offer this. I think it is incredibly important to gain work experience during or after your degree. While they do offer work study, I don’t feel this process was as easy as I would have liked it to be— and work study isn’t always “job-oriented” or “degree-oriented”. I think for how great the college is overall, it would make it 10 out of 5 stars if they partnered with companies to place students who want to achieve more after they complete their degree. Other than this small but important feature, I personally loved CSU Global!
Faculty is very engaged and there to help as needed. Courses are designed to maximize understanding and bridge toward application of material.
100% self guided learning, no lectures, you just pay for a very expensive power point. Professors do not care to give valuable feedback. I feel like I learned next to nothing in this program. I would avoid if you are serious about learning. SCAM!
Some of the classes I took the instructor veered off of the syllabus, which made it difficult and challenging at times, overall my core classes for project management maintained a steady flow and clear communication..
easy and helpful
